Sydney Donaldson, M.S., CF-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Sydney Donaldson, M.S., CF-SLP, has been a part of the ACCESS Academy team since June 2024. She currently works with the Intermediate 1 classroom. Sydney has received training in the Zones of Regulation framework, which she uses alongside her team to help students develop essential regulation skills and emotional awareness. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Ouachita Baptist University and earned a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. While a student at UAMS, Sydney had the opportunity to work at both the Academy and Early Childhood campus, where she quickly recognized the profound impact ACCESS has in empowering students to reach their full potential. Sydney’s favorite part of working at ACCESS is building meaningful relationships with her students. Outside of her work with ACCESS, Sydney enjoys spending time with her husband, Carson, and their dog, Maggie. She also loves reading, taking walks with Maggie, and exploring new places.
