Mental Health Professional

Charlotte Alexander is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. During her time in graduate school, she completed a certificate program in transition services for students with disabilities, where she learned how to support students as they transition to life after high school and work toward achieving their goals. Charlotte is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and has completed training in early childhood and infant mental health.

Charlotte’s favorite part of working at ACCESS is collaborating with clients to uncover their true strengths, helping them succeed in life. She focuses on meeting families where they are and providing the support needed to help their children thrive. Charlotte believes in the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring that all team members work together to best support the student and their individual needs.

Outside of her work at ACCESS, Charlotte enjoys coaching volleyball, going on long walks, hiking, cooking, and baking as part of her self-care routine.
