Brooke McGee, M.S., CCC-SLP, has been a valued member of the ACCESS Early Childhood team since September 2022 and currently serves as a therapist in the Pre-K 3 classroom. Brooke enjoys working at ACCESS and takes pride in seeing the progress each of her clients makes. She works with students who have various communication and feeding delays, with a special interest in language delays and oral-motor feeding delays. Brooke particularly enjoys working with students who use AAC devices, believing in the importance of honoring all forms of communication and helping each child grow in their ability to effectively communicate in their environments.
Brooke completed her undergraduate education at Ouachita Baptist University and earned her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University. She received the Certificate of Clinical Competence in June 2023 and has pursued continuing education in treating sensory and oral-motor feeding delays as well as Childhood Apraxia of Speech.
Her favorite part of working at ACCESS is celebrating the growth of each of her students alongside their families and teams. She considers it a true gift to play a small role in her students' stories.
Outside of ACCESS, Brooke enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dog, reading, and being involved in her church.
