Easy Fundraising for ACCESS
KROGER BUCKS
Kroger gift cards are an easy way to earn money for ACCESS without spending any additional dollars. Simply purchase a Kroger card for $5, which contains a $5 credit good at any local Kroger store. Reload additional dollars onto your Kroger card at checkout using cash, check or credit. (Be sure to load the card before the cashier scans your groceries.) Your purchase is deducted from your gift card balance, and your card balance is indicated on your receipt. The ACCESS Parent Association earns 5 percent of the dollar amount of each purchase you make. The more you use your Kroger card, the more money the APA receives. You can even use your Kroger card at Kroger gas stations! Stop by the ACCESS office to purchase your Kroger card today!
TARGET CREDIT CARD
Another way to earn money for the APA is the use of Target credit cards. Simply go to any Target store or www.target.com and apply for a card. List “ACCESS Schools” as your school of choice in the “Take Charge of Education” section. Every time you use the card, the APA receives 1 percent of total purchases.
OFFICE DEPOT
Everybody needs general office supplies such as staples, pens, paper, etc. When you purchase these necessities at Office Depot, ACCESS Group, Inc. will receive 5% of your total purchase. Be sure to let the cashier know you would like 5% of your purchase to go to ACCESS Schools.
SALLY FOSTER/ENTERTAINMENT BOOKS
August is Sally Foster and Entertainment Book time! Quality products and practical gift-giving ideas in the Sally Foster catalog include gift wrap, chocolates, home décor and more. This year, ACCESS students will also sell Entertainment Books, which include savings on restaurants, shopping, services, travel and more. The APA receives a 50 percent profit on each item sold. Ask friends, family, neighbors and coworkers to support ACCESS through a Sally Foster or Entertainment Book purchase.
SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR
The Scholastic Book Fair is a great opportunity to encourage a child’s love of reading while also supporting ACCESS. The APA earns a portion of every dollar spent at the book fair, and the children and teachers love it!
NOTE TO PARENTS: The APA no longer participates in the Box Tops for Education and Campbell’s Soup label fundraising programs.
