With the economy in the shape it's in and the fact that $10 or $20 doesn't buy much anyway - we feel this is a great opportunity for you to recognize those special people in your life; friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, your doctor and dentist... the list could go on and on, and give back to your community by supporting ACCESS' efforts to make a difference!

This year you have the opportunity to CHOOSE your cards from our website, please turn in your orders anytime before 12/12/08.

• Double click on the card of your choice, this will bring up an email; provide the information requested on the email and press send.
• We request a minimun donation of $5.00 per card.
