Interactive Metronome
Interactive Metronome (IM) is a neurological assessment and treatment tool. IM has been shown to improve attention, motor planning, language processing, behavior, balance and gait, endurance, strength, and motor skills and coordination. It is based on the principles of timing and rhythm. It is a treatment designed to train or retrain the brain.
One of the most essential services to ensure a successful atmosphere for struggling students is to provide a network of support. Student and parent consultations are the first step in this process. Our staff uses the evaluation information to determine appropriate technology support. Following the consultation, one-on-one training with students and staff is available.
Consultations and training are available for various topics including educational software, equipment, and study skills. These are available to students and professionals in the community. Contact ACCESS for more information.
