Character Development
ACCESS has been chosen by an organization called Choosing to Excel as a school of character. The character education program places special emphasis on good character traits. The goal is to promote making healthy, responsible choices during the formative years. Each day, ACCESS students recite the character pledge, review the word of the month and participate in reinforcement activities. Each month a high-energy assembly hosts Mr. Respect, who presents student awards.
